Hatha Yoga
       

These classes are open level classes which means that anyone can attend from beginners to more advanced practitioners. I will offer variations in some postures so that more advanced students can push themselves harder if they wish. You don't need to be flexible or particularly co-ordinated to start yoga. Positive change happens surprisingly quickly, and beginners can learn and enjoy a yoga class alongside more experienced students. Each student works to their particular level of experience and capacity, and will be adjusted and instructed appropriately. Class numbers are kept low, with a maximum of six students to ensure all of them receive appropriate help.

No knowledge of yoga is necessary although a basic level of fitness is advised. If you do have injuries or conditions that you think should be taken into consideration, please consult your doctor first. Please also let me know in confidence in advance to make me aware of any conditions that need consideration.
